The course combines Pilates practice and theory. It runs from 17 October to 22 November on the eight published dates. This week’s sessions begin at 10:00; practice and theory have separate blocks.
Before you go
Participation requires an allocated and confirmed place. The ordinary application deadline was 1 October. This is instructor training, rather than an open drop-in Pilates class.
