We indicate the approximate lifetime per category in the app’s cookie manager.
As a general guide:
- Preferences: ≤ 24 months.
- Statistics and marketing: ≤ 13 months (or as set by each provider).
- Session cookies: deleted when you close the browser or after inactivity.
Managing and revoking consent
You can adjust or revoke your consent at any time through the app’s cookie manager.
When you revoke consent:
- We stop loading scripts related to the disabled categories.
- We remove, where technically possible, the cookies that depend on that consent.
Please note that some essential and security cookies cannot be disabled because they are necessary to sign in, maintain your account and ensure the basic protection of the service.
Prior consent and cookie installation
Non-essential cookies (preferences, statistics and marketing) will not be installed on your device until you provide explicit consent through the cookie banner or manager. Continuing to browse, scrolling or general use of the website does not constitute valid consent. Consent is requested in a granular manner per category and may be withdrawn at any time as easily as it was granted. For more information on the processing of personal data related to cookies, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Third parties and international transfers
We only load third-party cookies if you authorize the corresponding categories (for example, statistics or marketing).
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, we apply appropriate safeguards under data-protection law (such as Standard Contractual Clauses, additional contractual measures and risk assessments where required).
Where applicable, the cookie manager or supplementary documentation will include the list of providers and more information about their processing.
Legal basis
- Essential and security: performance of the contract (service provision) and legitimate interest in protecting the platform and user accounts.
- Preferences, statistics and marketing: informed consent, which you can grant or withdraw at any time via the cookie manager.
Consent logging
We keep a minimal record of your choices (date, policy version and decision per category) for compliance purposes.
This record is not used for advertising or commercial profiling.
Underage users
For underage users:
- We limit non-essential categories by default.
- We require the intervention and/or consent of the legal guardian where required by law.
- The legal representative may review preferences and exercise data-protection rights on behalf of the minor.
Updates to this Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect technical changes, new services or legal requirements.
When the change is relevant, we will inform you clearly (for example, through notices in the platform) and, where appropriate, ask for your consent again.
